Of the available edict based dictionaries I like this one the best. I've never felt the need to change it to another offering. Its search is fast. Input can be romaji, kana, kanji, or english. For kanji input it has multi radical input or a reasonable handwriting recognition.

v1.18 Kanji Sieve on Github

A script for Pythonista 3 that takes a Japanese text and outputs a markdown file giving a basic analysis of its kanji and a glossary of kanji based vocabulary with links to a dictionary resource.

I hacked this together for myself while learning python. As such it may not be robust, in terms of error capture etc., in the face of other people using it.

よこそう！

This is a personal blog / notebook site.

It can be incoherent and messy but you're welcome to find whatever benefit you can from it. It's just a convenient way for me to store stuff, be able to share some of it with others and generally scream into the internet void. It also keeps everything in one place rather than scattered over several sites and services.
